What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Bank Transfer or cash. When we meet and agree on the right plan for you, to book in our sessions you will need to pay a deposit. You can then either pay the full amount or if splitting the cost will work better for you, I am happy to arrange a payment plan that runs alongside our sessions.
What is your work experience?
I started seeing counselling clients in 2018 and I started helping people in their homes to declutter in 2017. Although some people will have been decluttering longer than myself, I bring a unique combination of skills to the service that I offer.
What are your waiting times like?
Depending on which programme is right for you will depend on the waiting time. I will discuss this with you when I come to do an at home assessment. However, most waiting times won't be longer than 4-6 weeks.
What is different about you compared to other declutter or home organisers?
While decluttering services and home organisers are amazing at getting your home from unorganised to streamlined, I am offering a service that not only aims for that but I also work with you in a way so that as the clutter leaves your home, it doesn't come back. People with Hoarding Tendencies struggle with either acquiring new items often, organising items and or letting go of items. Decluttering / home organising won't get to the root of the issue.
I haven't been diagnosed with Hoarding Disorder, in fact I don't think I am a Hoarder.

My family member's home is worrying me, can you help?
The short answer is yes, there is a long answer though. If you are concerned about someone, give me a call / email and we can go through your concerns. If you speak to them and they are happy to meet me then that is a great first step. But if someone is resistant then we can't force them. The best option here is to get permission for you to speak with the Fire Service so they can do a Home Safety Check.
Can you just come and clear it all away?
No I can't. There are companies that can do house clearances and I can give you their details, but I don't offer this service.
If this is for someone else's home, please take note - once someone's home has been cleared, there is an 80% chance of it going back to the same level of clutter it was before.
